Many thanks for your overwhelming response to our contest. I received hundreds of excellent suggestions. A great many of them had elements that were visually exciting, but nothing seemed just right. The suggested subjects included those which: I have thought about doing many times; make a good story but visually won’t work; are battle scenes which I don’t do anymore; and those which I have already done many times. When I started thinking about the different ideas together, I came up with something on my own.
So it seemed like the only fair thing to do was to have a drawing. We have randomly selected a winner from all the entries to receive a special proof of the sixth print in the “Tribute to the Legend” series. The winner is Judy Buchanan.
In appreciation for your interest and participation in our contest, I will start showing my work to you later in the summer.
